This is an example of a monochromatic watercolor portrait done on Arches paper. The color is chosen as it is a transparent, glowing color which will not fade over time. Each watercolor portrait takes roughly 20 hours to complete and is delivered matted and ready to frame for sizes 11 x 14 and smaller.
