Ordering Artwork
- Use my form providing details of the portrait(s) you would like commissioned. If you live in the Vancouver area, I prefer to meet with you to take my own photographs to use for reference material. Otherwise, please forward me your photo(s) by email or by regular mail. See Photo Tips for best results.
- I will email you an invoice for the 50% deposit via PayPal where you can enter in your payment info securely no membership required. I can will then start the commission and send you a link where you can watch the progress of your portrait.
- Once completed and you are fully happy with the portrait, I will invoice you for the balance owing. Once received, artwork can be picked up or I will ship your artwork using XpressPost an insured service offered through Canada Post.
Note: Turnaround time for portraits is usually 2 weeks (allow 5 days for shipping) but can vary depending on the number of commissions I am working on. If you need the portrait for a specific date, please let me know.
No Risk Guarantee
It is extremely important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase so I offer a no-risk guarantee with all artwork. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let me know prior to your final payment and we can work together until you are totally satisfied with your portrait. If you receive your portrait and are unhappy with it, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. While this has never been an issue, I like to offer this no-risk guarantee as I know it can daunting buying artwork online.
Please note that the copyright of all artwork resides with the artist Tracey Costescu of A State of Art Portraits. Artwork must not be reproduced in ANY form without the express written permission of the artist. The artist reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes on her website or on printed material.
